格式注意：
1. 居中写Notice;
2. 日期在下一行右对齐，在这里我们写一个考研之日之后的日期就可以了不需要过多纠结，所以可直接右对齐写December29， 2021;
3. 最后写名字还是组织需要大家看题目要求右对齐即可。
除了格式之外内容要怎么写呢?有的时候你会发现提干要求是要求为某个活动招募志愿者，比如这样的题目：
You are requested to write a notice to recruit the volunteers in your university for teaching in a rural primary school, you need to tell the details in your notice. Use Li Ming in the end.
写好格式后通知内容我们一般写三段，主要参考思路如下：
1. 第一段表通知明目的除此之外也可以说明一下这个活动的目的是什么，这样可以吸引更多的参与者。
2. 第二段一般写对参与者有什么样的要求，除此之外可以写一写其他相关细节。
3. 第三段很简单，直接说如果有问题请直接以邮件或电话方式联系我们。
第一段如何写成英文?
1. 表明通知目的(这个通知被发布出来为了招募…的志愿者)：The notice is released to recruit the volunteers for…..
2. 活动的目的(这个活动是为了…)：The activity aims to… 大家可以记住一个窍门表达，很多活动都是可以丰富大家的校园生活的，即：enrich the university life of students.
那么把这两个句型放到以上题目中，首段可以写：The notice is released to recruit the volunteers for teaching in a rural primary school in winter holiday. The activity aims to enrich the university life of students.
第二段如何写成英文?
1. 提出一个对招募者的要求：Firstly, the volunteers are requested to…/ To begin with, the volunteers are expected to …
在这里大家可以记住一个窍门表达，那就是所有志愿者都可以被要求有相关经验(have related experience)
2. 提出另一个对招募者的要求 Secondly, the volunteers who… are preferred./ Besides, we hope that the volunteers can…
在这里大家可以记住一个窍门表达，那就是所有活动招募志愿者都希望大家有充足的时间，比如三周两个月等等(have three weeks/two weeks available)
3. 提出其他相关的细节: 这里主要是帮大家让文章更充实，比如这道题里去乡村教学可以提一些建议让大家给孩子们带一些玩具，以及自己带一些厚衣服等等：it is advisable for you to….; It would be more advisable for you if you could…
那么把这两个句型放到以上题目中，首段可以写
